วิวัฒนาการของการศึกษานโยบายและนโยบายศาสตร์ สถานะ ขอบข่าย เนื้อหาทฤษฎีตัวแบบของนโยบายสาธารณะ ระเบียบวิธีในการศึกษานโยบายสาธารณะ กระบวนการกำหนดนโยบาย และการนำนโยบายไปปฏิบัติ ตัวแบบในการนำนโยบายไปปฏิบัติ ปัจจัยที่ทำให้นโยบายประสบความสำเร็จและล้มเหลว การวิเคราะห์ผลกระทบของนโยบาย เทคนิคในการวิเคราะห์นโยบายและการพัฒนานโยบาย รวมทั้งการสัมมนาหัวข้อและประเด็นเกี่ยวกับนโยบายสาธารณะ เพื่อกระตุ้นให้นักศึกษาสนใจศึกษาปัญหาอย่างลึกซึ้งในประเด็นต่างๆ เพื่อเขียนดุษฎีนิพนธ์
The evolution of policy studies and policy sciences. Status, scope, substances, theories, and models of public policies. Methodologies in public policy studies, policy formulation and implementation. Studies factors for the success and failure of public policies, analysis of policy impacts, and techniques for policy analysis and policy development. Students are encouraged to present ideas and issues concerning public policies in the seminar which will eventually be developed into dissertation topics under the supervision of instructors.
